Not all porches are created equal, this is why we offer custom made PVC Column Wraps.
Our custom column are available in various Square shapes and configurations, unfortunately Round is not available in PVC. Custom Pedestals, Oversized Bases, Shaker Style Columns, Custom Capitals can all be created using PVC. We try to find already available PVC trims that can be used together to give you the look you want. If something needs to be manufactured, we will help you through that process if it's possible.
Unlike our Fibreglass Columns, the PVC can be custom cut to any size or square shape due to the fact it starts in a sheet form just like plywood. PVC is a newer material that is similar to wood in that it can be cut, nailed, screwed and painted just like wood but is not affected by water and does not rot over time like wood. Our custom columns are precision cut using a CNC and all cuts are clean meaning there is minimal visibility of seams. We use a specially blended PVC Adhesive that melts the pieces together for a solid bond. Once painted, the column will look like a single piece thast was placed on your porch.
