Custom PVC Column Wraps

Not all porches are created equal, which is why we offer custom column wraps made from high-quality PVC. 

Our custom columns are available in various square shapes and configurations; however, round columns are not available in PVC. We can create custom pedestals, oversized bases, shaker-style columns, and custom capitals using PVC. We strive to find already available PVC trims that can be combined to achieve the look you desire. If something unique needs to be manufactured, we will assist you through that process whenever possible.

Unlike our fiberglass columns, the PVC can be custom cut to any size or square shape, as it starts in sheet form similar to plywood. PVC is a newer material that resembles wood in its ability to be cut, nailed, screwed, and painted, yet it is not affected by water and will not rot over time like wood. Our custom column wraps are precision cut using a CNC machine, ensuring that all cuts are clean, which minimizes the visibility of seams. We utilize a specially blended PVC adhesive that melts the pieces together for a solid bond. Once painted, the column will appear as a single piece seamlessly placed on your porch.
